Are you a talented Corporate Finance Analyst seeking an outstanding opportunity? Look no further!
This highly successful corporate finance practice is expanding, and we're in search of motivated Analysts/Senior Analysts to join their dynamic team. With a comprehensive range of services spanning mergers and acquisitions, valuations, due diligence and CFO advisory, this is your chance to work closely with high-profile clients across a range of deals.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to participate in all stages of transactions, collaborating closely with the team and Partners. From building complex financial models to conducting in-depth industry research, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will be given extensive training and support from their experienced team of Partners and Directors, ensuring your professional career growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced 3-way investment and financial models (balance sheet, P&L statement, and cash flow statements).
- Create comprehensive documents such as Information Memoranda, investor presentations, and client reports.
- Conduct thorough research on industries and companies, documenting your findings.
- Provide support across all stages of the transaction and advisory process.
- Analyse and interpret financial statements and accounting data to provide actionable insights.
- Engage in financial due diligence processes, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Support the team with CFO advisory and Outsourced Finance projects.
About You:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
- Minimum 12 months of solid accounting, tax, or corporate finance-related experience
- A strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Genuine interest in the Corporate Finance/Advisory industry
- Strong academic results
