This opportunity is ideal for a practice-trained accountant looking to step into a highly client-facing leadership role with strong advisory exposure and genuine career progression.
About the Role
Working within a collaborative team structure, you’ll manage key client relationships, oversee offshore delivery teams, and provide strategic financial insights to hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with hospitality clients, becoming a trusted advisor to their business
- Deliver meaningful financial and operational insights through management reporting, cashflow analysis, and performance reviews
- Identify opportunities for business improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiencies
- Oversee offshore team workflow and delivery to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely outputs
- Review monthly reporting, compliance deliverables, and advisory work across your client portfolio
- Mentor and support offshore team members and help drive a high-performance culture
- Support clients in adopting and maximising the use of reporting and technology platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams across onboarding, customer success, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and broader strategic projects within the business
About You
You’ll come from a public practice background, ideally within:
- Business / CFO Advisory
- Business Services
- Audit
You will have:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing client relationships
- Advisory and management reporting exposure
- A commercial mindset and strong systems aptitude
- Leadership capability with a collaborative approach
Experience working with offshore teams or hospitality clients is highly regarded but not essential.
