Client Base & Exposure

The Opportunity
You will take on a key leadership position with responsibility for:
Audit Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of audit engagements across a varied client portfolio
- Act as the signing auditor, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and audit matters
- Oversee audit quality, risk management, and file reviews
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor and develop a growing audit team
- Drive performance, capability uplift and succession planning
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Client Relationship Management
- Own and manage key client relationships at a senior level
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality service and insights
- Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client engagements
Business Growth & Strategy
- Play a key role in growing the audit practice and fee base
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the firm
- Work closely with other service lines to drive cross-referrals

About You
You are an experienced audit professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial acumen.
You will bring:
- RCA qualification (or near completion)
- Proven experience in audit at Senior Manager / Director level
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement ability
- A track record (or genuine interest) in business development
