The business has experienced strong and sustained growth and is seeking a capable Manager to play a key role in leading client engagements, mentoring staff and delivering strategic advisory outcomes.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across business services and tax advisory matters.
This role offers exposure to complex group structures, advisory-focused work and a broad client base including SMEs, large corporations, listed entities and international businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of business services and tax clients
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and complex compliance work
- Delivering proactive tax and business advisory solutions
- Assisting clients with structuring, tax planning and business growth strategies
- Managing workflow, deadlines and team performance
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Building strong long-term client relationships
- Working closely with Partners on strategic client matters and advisory engagements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- CA or CPA qualification
- 6+ years’ experience within public practice accounting
- Strong business services and tax experience
- Previous experience managing client relationships and reviewing work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, commercially minded and client-focused approach
- Experience working with privately owned businesses and family groups
