The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced Senior Manager, Director or emerging Partner-level professional looking to step into a genuine client advisory position with significant autonomy, influence and long-term career potential.
You will work closely with Partners across a portfolio of complex clients, providing high-level tax, structuring and strategic business advice while helping shape the future growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business services and advisory clients
- Acting as the primary relationship contact for privately owned businesses, family groups and HNW clients
- Delivering complex tax advisory, structuring and strategic business advice
- Reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns and group structures
- Advising clients on business growth, succession planning and tax planning strategies
- Leading and mentoring Managers and broader team members
- Managing workflow, profitability and client service delivery
- Working closely with Partners on strategic initiatives and practice growth
- Identifying business development opportunities and strengthening client relationships
- Contributing to the long-term strategic direction of the firm
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- CA or CPA qualification
- 8+ years’ experience within public practice accounting
- Strong experience across business services and tax advisory
- Proven ability managing complex private client and SME relationships
- Excellent technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercially minded and growth-focused approach
- Ambition to progress into Partnership and take on a broader leadership role
