We are looking for candidates with 3 - 5 years' Insolvency industry experience who are looking for their next step. You will be exposed to a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments and will be responsible for managing caseloads, liaising with clients, creditors and employees and building on your technical, legal and accountancy skills. Appointments including insolvency and restructuring matters ranging from Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations and Receiverships. In this role, you will enjoy being part of a team as well as managing and delegating work and learning from experienced insolvency practitioners.

Your New Role
Reporting to a senior manager, and working with closely with Partners, your role will include:
- Planning out and managing assignments by use of the firms control forms, checklist and quality control procedures
- Management of Court Liquidations, CVL's, MVL's, VA's and Trade-Ons
- Liasing with external parties including Directors, Creditors, Shareholders and employees
- Preparing reports and investigations
- Delegating work and mentoring junior staff
Your Experience and Skills
- Ideally degree qualified, you will have 3 to 5 years' experience within the insolvency sector.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience of managing caseloads, delegating work and mentoring juniors.
- Candidates from a forensic or investigations background with an interest in Insolvency will also be considered.
- Strong character who enjoys working under pressure
