The Opportunity
As Senior Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of outsourced finance and advisory clients while managing and developing a high-performing team across both onshore and offshore operations.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to:
- Deliver high-quality outsourced finance and advisory solutions
- Manage client relationships and commercial outcomes
- Lead and mentor junior accountants
- Improve workflows and operational processes
- Support business growth initiatives across the division
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide commercial and financial advisory support to SME clients
- Review financial reporting, GST/BAS, reconciliations, and compliance
- Deliver cash flow forecasting and management reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Resolve complex accounting and commercial issues
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior leadership
We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive leader who brings:
- Strong experience in outsourced finance, business services, or CFO advisory
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting and tax requirements
