With a dedicated Tax Advisory team supporting multiple Business Services teams, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated tax planning, international tax and complex structuring work while working closely with experienced tax specialists.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an accountant looking to specialise in Tax Advisory.
Working alongside an experienced tax team, you will assist with:
- Tax planning and advisory for private clients and business groups
- International tax and cross-border matters
- Tax consolidation and restructuring projects
- Researching technical tax issues and preparing written advice
- Supporting business services teams on complex tax matters
- Building strong client relationships and delivering practical tax solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice
- Strong tax technical knowledge and a genuine interest in specialising in Tax Advisory
- Experience with private clients and complex business structures
- Exposure to tax consolidation and/or international tax is highly regarded
- Previous experience within a Big 4, mid-tier firm or tax-focused legal practice preferred
- CTA, Master of Tax, CA or equivalent qualifications highly regarded (Law degree advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
