The Opportunity
This firm is a fast growing globally integrated audit, tax and advisory firm with offices in more than 90 countries who are always ready to recruit experienced and motivated Manager like you to join their Australian team.
In this role, you will be working with one of Australia's fastest-growing accounting firms with over 310 professionals and 36 partners with over 4 offices in Australia. You will be working with a diverse client base in a range of industries
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of tax assignments and financial statements
- Preparation of financial statements
- Managing client engagements and relationships, providing solutions, and communication with regulatory bodies
- Delegation of tasks, managing workflow and productivity
- Preparation of billing and managing budgets
- Assist and mentor junior staff in a range of matters, reviewing work and providing technical and non-technical support and leadership
- Business Development, driving improvement and efficiencies as well as developing internal and external networks
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Advisory/Services Accounting within an Australian accounting firm
- Completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent)
- CA/CPA qualified or partially qualified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Full working right in Australia
