Our client is one of the fastest growing businesses in Australia right now and they are seeking a new Client Director to join their advisory team.
As a Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in empowering your clients to thrive. You'll provide expert advice, manage diverse client needs, and drive their profitability, sustainability, and scalability. Your contributions directly impact the success of your clients, elevating their performance and guiding strategic decision-making.

The position:
- Handle all client business requirements, encompassing accounting, taxation, and business growth initiatives.
- Supervise offshore teams to ensure accurate delivery of client objectives.
- Support team members in completing accounting and taxation tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of month-end client reports, meeting service expectations for informed business decisions.
- Develop and execute relationship management strategies to maintain strong client connections.
- Continuously enhance and automate workflows, processes, systems, and procedures for clients and teams.
- Contribute to crafting strategic and operational business plans, forecasts, budgets, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to nurture existing client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should hold a CA/CPA qualification with at least of 10 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles, with a demonstrated ability to identify and address business performance issues. They should excel in offering commercially relevant advice and solutions in areas such as cash flow, business improvement, and management reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities. Advanced computer literacy and systems abilities are a must. Effective communication skills are crucial for robust client and internal relationship.
