Our Client is a leading mid-tier accounting firm who specialise in corporate finance, audit, business advisory and taxation services. They are an innovative, rapidly growing organisation that operates internationally.
They are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their full service corporate finance team. With exposure to a range of transactions for clients in a variety of industries, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of a transaction, working closely with the Partners.
Your New Role
Reporting to both managers & partners, this role will involve working closely with all levels of staff across a range of quality clients.
As an Analyst, you will form part of the Corporate Advisory team, supporting the Managers and Partners in this division. You will be responsible for researching, analysing and interpreting data and assisting Lead Advisers with M&A, capital raising and financial modelling. You will perform financial and strategic analysis as required and you will regularly liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will attend board meetings and provide strategic advisory services
Your Experience & Skills
*Minimum 4 years accounting related experience
*CA / CFA qualification (or near completion)
*Financial analysis skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced report writing skills
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential
