Our client is a privately owned Australian property and construction company that delivers quality and innovative residential and commercial projects. They currently have major projects happening in Western Sydney and the Central Coast, with a strong pipeline of new projects ahead.
This role will be based in their Hurstville head office and be reporting to the Managing Director.
Key duties include:
- Management of the finance team of 5 staff
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Statutory reporting
- Cashflow reporting
- Capital expenditure
- Sub-contractor payments
- Streamline internal processes and procedures
- Contribute to decision support and future strategy
To be considered for this role you must be CPA / CA qualified with construction industry experience in a similar position essential. You will enjoy working in a fast paced company that is rapidly growing and privately owned. You will have strong communication and the ability to motivate and develop staff. Experience with Jobpac software package will also be preferred.
