What You'll Do
- Support client onboarding/offboarding and ASIC lodgements
- Manage invoicing, BAS, and tax return lodgements
- Assist with ATO queries and general admin
- Prepare reports, update client records, and handle correspondence
- Provide admin support to Directors and Accountants
- Assist with SMSF/portfolio admin and financial position updates
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in a similar admin role (ideally in public practice)
- Confident with Microsoft Office; Xero, FYI, Now Infinity experience a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, polished communication, and a proactive mindset
