Reporting directly to the Partners, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to your clients and team.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Servicing a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, ensuring efficient completion of tasks while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgetary requirements.
- Utilising your strong technical skills, including expertise in income tax, company tax, CGT, FBT, trusts, Division 7A, management accounting, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrating exceptional time management, organisational, and planning skills.
- Supervising and supporting a small team.
- Displaying ownership qualities and effectively managing workflow and junior accountants.
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About you:
As a highly qualified CA/CPA accounting professional, we are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in public practice. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with your passion for overcoming challenges and your enthusiasm for evolving businesses, make you an ideal fit for this role. You bring an energetic and enthusiastic approach to contribute innovative ideas that enhance our processes and make them more efficient and effective. Ideally, you possess a solid working knowledge of Xero, XPM, HandiLedger, and Xero Tax.
