As an SMSF Manager, you will take on a pivotal role within the firm's specialist SMSF business, ensuring compliance excellence and collaborating closely with Private Clients and Wealth Management teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both accounting and wealth management, supporting your clients on advisory services and projects.

• Oversee and manage SMSF compliance services for a diverse client base.
• Review complex SMSF accounts and tax returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with auditors to meet annual audit deadlines.
• Support Client Directors with year-end planning, advice preparation, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, offering technical expertise and coaching.
• Drive efficiency and quality, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Take ownership of special SMSF projects and strategic initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in SMSF compliance
• CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in SMSF software and tax compliance.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Ability to work directly with partners and senior stakeholders.
