About the Role
Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements and mentoring a capable team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements end-to-end within deadlines and budgets
- Review complex group financial statements and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues
- Stay current on accounting and auditing standards and communicate updates to clients and team members
- Oversee and review work prepared by the team, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance
- Manage job scheduling, workflow coordination, and cost monitoring
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical and professional growth
- Build strong client relationships and tailor services to client goals
- Support the Partner with resource planning and risk management, and assist with business development activities
About You
- CA / CPA qualified
- Minimum 8 years' external audit experience in public practice
- Proven experience managing and mentoring junior auditors
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes
