The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients
- Act as a trusted adviser to business owners across tax, accounting and structuring matters
- Review financial statements and income tax returns across multiple entity types
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants and senior staff
- Work closely with senior leaders on advisory work, client strategy and workflow planning
- Contribute to improving systems, processes and service delivery across the team
About You
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong public practice experience in Business Services / Tax
- Current experience as a Manager, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Strong technical capability across compliance with confidence discussing advisory matters with clients
- A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in developing others
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial, client-focused mindset
