Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will:
- Build sophisticated 3-way financial models (balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow).
- Prepare investment documents, Information Memoranda, and investor presentations.
- Conduct industry and company research, delivering actionable insights.
- Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and valuation projects.
- Analyse financial statements and accounting data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist in CFO advisory and outsourced finance projects for key clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- CA/CPA qualification (or near completion).
- At least 12 months of experience in accounting, audit, tax, or corporate finance.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- A genuine passion for corporate finance and advisory.
- Strong academic results and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
