The Opportunities
You'll work closely with high-net-wealth individuals, families, and their businesses across industries. Your role will involve tax advisory, tax compliance, and family office services - including structuring, Division 7A, CGT, trust losses, succession, and estate planning. You'll also liaise directly with the ATO on Top 500 and Next 5000 programs, giving you exposure to Australia's most sophisticated private clients.
As a Senior Consultant ($100k - $120k):
- Deliver tax compliance and advisory work across a diverse client base
- Build technical knowledge in trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals
- Support client portfolios while learning directly from senior leaders
- Contribute to projects in tax planning, structuring, and wealth transfer
As a Client Manager ($135k - $160k):
- Manage client groups with complex structures and multiple entities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with families and business owners
- Provide succession, wealth preservation, and estate planning advice
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical development
- Oversee client portfolios and ensure top-quality service delivery
What You Bring
- Strong experience in business services or private tax in public practice
- Exposure to high-net-wealth clients, family groups, and private businesses
- Strong technical grounding in Australian tax law (trusts, CGT, Division 7A, estate planning)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards). CTA/ASFA/SMSF Specialist qualifications highly regarded
