About the Role:
As the Business Services Manager, the chosen candidate will be a key player in the team. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet technical standards and deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Demonstrating your strong technical skills, encompassing income tax, company tax, CGT, FBT, trusts, Division 7A, and management accounting and reporting requirements.
- Exhibiting excellent time management, organisational, and planning abilities.
- Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, effectively guiding and supporting a small team.
- Exhibiting ownership qualities, successfully managing workflow and mentoring junior accountants.
- Utilising your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Services and Tax
- Experience managing staff and reviewing work
- CA/CPA qualified or currently undertaking studies to become qualified
- Be able to build relationships
