The corporate finance division supports clients with transaction advisory, valuations, financial modelling and strategic decision-making across a wide range of industries.
Position Overview
As a Corporate Finance Analyst / Supervisor / Manager, you will play a key role in delivering corporate finance and transaction advisory projects.
You will work closely with partners and senior leaders to manage engagements, conduct financial analysis and lead junior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting due diligence and transaction services for acquisitions, disposals and capital transactions
Preparing financial models, scenario analysis and investment evaluations
Performing business valuations and financial analysis using recognised valuation methodologies
Managing corporate finance engagements and reviewing work of junior analysts
Preparing reports, presentations and transaction documentation for clients and stakeholders
Supporting mergers & acquisitions processes including information memorandums and financial analysis
Identifying financial risks and presenting commercial insights to clients and senior leadership
Mentoring and developing analysts within the corporate finance team
Managers may also oversee client portfolios and projects generating $200k - $800k in annual fees.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in corporate finance, transaction services or advisory
CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance theory and accounting relationships
Excellent analytical, research and report writing skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
