In this role, you will be instrumental in providing crucial financial advice, analysis, and management support to clients, ensuring their financial success and growth.
The firm is a 5-partner boutique accounting practice situated in the Sydney CBD with a strong and growing client base. Established 9 years ago, they deliver a wide range of services, including accounting & tax compliance, business advisory, and an Outsourced Finance Team service tailored too small to medium businesses. With a team of 25 staff, they are dedicated to elevating their business to "the next level."

Responsibilities:
- Offer expert financial advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals
- Create accurate and timely financial statements and reports to facilitate decision-making processes for clients
- Analyse financial data and offer strategic insights to clients, aiding them in making sound business decisions
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to offer the most relevant financial advice to clients
- Ensure smooth payroll management and efficient output by the offshore team
- Effectively manage relationships with both internal team members and external clients, fostering strong partnerships
Requirements:
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Minimum 8 Years Experience
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, demonstrating a solid grasp of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
